SECTION 2
Anpendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
The tract or area within the County of Flnol;a and the
City of Fridley and described as:
Lot 18, Block 2, Central View hianor Addition, except
the East 125 feet thereof, lying in the North Half
of Section 12, T-30, R-24, Cit,y of FridleV> Countq
of Anoka, Minnesota,
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District
known as M-1 {light industrial areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to chan�e
the official zoning map to show said trac± or area
to be rezoned from Zoned District C-1S (local shopping
areas) to M-1 (light industrial areas).
