AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND
ORDI:�A3TCE NO. 30 OF THE
VILLAGE OF FRIDLEY, MIN-
NE50TA, CONCERNING THE
CONTROL, LICENSING AND
CARE OF DOGS WP17iIN TFIE
VILLAGE.
The Village Council of Fridley
do ordain as follows:
Sectlon 1. All dogs in said �
village shall be ronfined to owners
premises during the period of May
lst to October lst of each year.
Section 2. AnY msident in said
village knowing of a dog running
at large on a public street, park
or school grounds of ferocious or
viscious character habits shall no-
Eify the police or dog catcher and
it shall be unlawful for any per-
son to kill or destroy any dog
found running at large in the vil-
lage.
That any provision of the said
Dog Ordinance No. 30 in the Vil-
lage of Fridley in con£lict with the
foregoing provisions are expres-
sly repealed. \ � � , .
