AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLFYS ATJD
TO APIEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. For the vacation of a street described as follows:
All that part of the street right of way known as Johnson Street
that lies Eas� ar.d adjacent to Lot 18, Slock 2, Swanstrom's Court
Addition, and between the Easterly extensicn of the North and South
lines of said Lot 18.
All lying in the South Half of Section 2�}, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, Minnesota, except that the City of Fridle.y reserves
a drainage and utility easement over the Easterly 7_0 feet and the
Northerly 40 feet of the above described parcel,
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with P1innesota Statutes
and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and Appendix C of
the City Code shall be so amended.
