TO A�1END APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE i
TfiE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES OROAIN AS FOLLOWS: ?

SECTION l. For the vacation of a street described as follows:
All that part of the street right of �vay kno�an as Johnson Street
that lies East and adjacent to Lot 18,�Block 2, Swanstrom's Court
Addition, and between the Easterly extensicn of the North and South
lines of said Lot 18.
All lying in the South Half of Section 2�4, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
Count,y of Anoka, Plinnesota, except that the City of Fridle,y reserves
� a drairiage niid utility easemer�t over th� Fasterly 20 feet and the
Northerly 40 feet of the above desci°ibed parcel,
be and is I�ere�y vacateu.
SECTIO"J 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance �dith hlinnesota Statutes
