AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND
TQ APIEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
TNE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a street described as follows:
Al1 that part of the street right of way known as Johnson Street
