AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 11 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
The City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY HEREBY AMENDS CHAPTER 11 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUTY, MINNESOTA BY CHANGING CERTAIN LICENSE FEES AND ADDING THE CITY
CODE NUMBERS.

SECTION 11.11. The penalty for late payment of all licenses and permit fees as shown in
Section 11.10 of the City Code shall be 25% of the amount of the fee if received from 1
to 7 days late. If the payment is received more than 7 days after it is due, the penalty
shall be 50� of the fee.
