ORDINANCE N0. 617
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO UACATE STREETS AND
ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a street easement described as follows:
All that part of the Southerly 33 feet of the Easterly 200 feet
of Lot 4, Block 2, East Ranch Estates Second Addition,
All lying in the South Half of Section 2, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley retains
easements for drainage and utility purposes over the street
easement herein described and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in conformance with P4innesota
Statutues and pursuant to Sect-ion 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
