AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND
ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE

THE COUIJCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a street easement described as follows: '
All that part of the Southerly 33 feet of the Easterly 200 feet !
of Lot 4, Block 2, East Ranch Estates Second Addition, ,
All lying in the South Half of Section 2, T-30, R-24, City of �
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley retains !
easements for drainage and utility purposes over the street
easement herein described and vacated.
, SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in conforinance with "4innesota
Statutues and pursuant to Section 12.07 af i.he Cit,y Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall ba so amended.
