AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CI7Y CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHA�lGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
� The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:

SECTION l. Appendix D of the CitV Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
SEGTIQN 2. The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City
of Fridley and described as:
Lot 1, Block 1, ldalnut Addition, lying in theP?orth Half
of Section 12, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley; County
of Anoka, Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known
as C-2 (qeneral business areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoninq map to show said tract or area to be
rezoned from Zoned District C-1 (local business areas)
to C-2 (general business areas).
