AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKIPIG A CHAMGE IPd ZONING DTSTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1
SECTION 2
Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City
of Fridley and described as:
Lots 10 and 11, Block 4, Lowell Addition to Fridley Park,
all lyinq in the North Ha1f of Section 1�., T-30, R-24,
City of Frid1ey, Count�/ of Anoka, Plinnesota,
Is hereby designated to be in the 7oned District known
as R-3 (General "�ultiple Dwellin� Area).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zonin� map to show said tract or area to be
rezoned from 7_oned District R-1-(Sinqle Family Dwellin�
Area) to R-3 (General Plultiple Dwellinn Area).
