VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS APID TO AP1END APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a street described as follows: '
All that portion of the street platted as Ely Circle
N.E. as dedicated in Spring F3rook Park Second Addition,
Tegether with all utility, drainage and storm drainage
easements on record and on file at the Flnoka Countv
Recorders Office within Lots 6, 7, 3, 9, 10, 14, 15,
16 and 17, Block 1, Spring Brook Park Second Addition,
All located in the South Half of Section 3, T-30, R-24,
City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
be and is hereby vacated.
SECTIOPJ 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the
City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code shall be
so amended.
