The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: For the vacation c�f a street de�cribed as follows:
Al1 that portion of the street platted as Ely Circle'
s;`;. N.E. as dedicated in Spring Brook Park Second Addition,
Tcgether with all utility, drainage and storm drainage
easements on record and on file at the Flnc�ka County
�Recorders Office within Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15,
