The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a street described as follows:
All that portion of the street platted as Ely Circle
N.E. as dedicated in Sprina arook Park Second Addition,
Together with all utility, drainage and storm drainage �
easements on record and on file at the llnoka Countv
Recorders Office within Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15,
