ORDINANCE N0. 632
AN ORDINANGE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1
SECTION 2
Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafier indicated.
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley and described as:
That part of Lot 2, Auditor's Subdivision No. 78, lying
Westerly of the Westerly right of way line of Main Street
N.E., lying Easterly of the Easterly railway right of way
line of Burlington Norther, Inc., lying Northerly of the
Northerly right of way line of Interstate Nighway No. 644,
and lying Southerly of a line drawn blesterly, at a right
angle to the East line of said Lot 2, from a point on
said East line distant 507.60 feet Southerly from the
Northeast corner of said Lot 2, except the Westerly 218.61
feet of the describ�;d property, subject to easement to
Northern States Power Company, lying in the South Half
of Section 22, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of
Anoka, Minnesota,
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District known
as C-2 (general business areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the
official zoning map to show said tract or area to be
rezoned from Zoned District M-2 (heavy industrial areas)
to G-2 (general business areas).
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 14TH
DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1977.
