AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA SY P9AKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1
SECTION 2
Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as
hereinafter indicated.
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the
City of Fridley and described as:
Lots 5 through 8, Block 2, East Ranch Estates Second
Addition, lying in the South Half of Section 2, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District
known as M-1 (light industrial areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change
the official zoning map to show said tract or area
to be rezoned from Zoned District M-2 (heavy industrial
areas) to M-1 (light industrial areas).
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 14TH
DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1977.
