TO VACATE STP.EETS AP1D ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPEP�DIX C

The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as folTows:
� SECTION 1. for the vacation of street right of way described
! as follows:
• A 25 foot strip on the Westerly property line
of Block 4, Auditor's Subdivision 1QII, that extends
' Southeriy for 276 feet, known as Lakeside Road N.E.,
All lying in the North Kalf of Section 12, T-30,
' R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Ptinnesota
. Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of
' fridtey retains easements for drainage and utility
purposes on the 4lesterly 17 feet thereof.
' SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in conform�nce with
, Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of
the City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code
' shall be so amended.
