TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO IIMEND APPENDIX C
OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of an easement.described as follows:
� The Southerly 5 feet of Lots l, 2 and 3, and the
` Northerly 5 feet of Lots 22, 23, 24 and 25, all
