AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FRIDLEY CITY CODE, CHAPTER 9D1 ENTITLED PENALTIES
SECTION 901.01 AND 901.05 FALSE STATEPIENTS
The_City Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows:
Section 901.01 is.hereby amended as follows:
901.01
Every person who violates this code is subject to all penalties provided
for such violation. Except where a different, specific or more particular
penalty is provided or allowed with respect to any offense, any person guilty
of a violation of this code shall upon conviction of such offense, be
fined in an amount not to exceed $500 or be imprisoned in jail for a
period of not to exceed ninety (90) days or both for each offense of
which he is convicted.
901.05 FALSE STATEMENTS
Every person who gives or furnishes to the City of Fridley a false or
untrue statement to be relied upon in the granting of a permit or license
shall be subject to the penalties provided for in this Chapter.
