AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATION STREETS
AND ALLEYS RND TO AP�IEND APPENDIX G OF THE CITY CO�E
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a 60 foot right of way for a street
descri6ed as follows:
That par� of 48th Avenue N.E. between 3rd Streei N.E.
and University Avenue N.E., that lies adjacent to
and South of Lot 16, Block 1, Plymouth Addition, and
adjacent to and Nor�h of Lot 30, Block 8, Plymouth
Addition,

� k11 lying in the South Half of Section 26, T-30, R-24 ,
,' �ity of Fridiey,���unty of Anoka, t�;innesota.
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of
Fridley retains easements for drainage and utility
purposes on the South 45 feet of the North 55 feet
over the street herein described and vacated.
SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of
the City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code shall
be so amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
5TH DAY OF JUNE, 1978.
