ORDINANCE N0. 682
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE
OWNED BY THE CITY OF FRI�LEY
The Council of the C�ty of Fridley does ordain as follows:
� SECTION 1. The City of Fridley is the fee owner of the tract of
land within the City of Fr�dley, Anoka County, State
- of Minnesota, described as follows:
Lots 43 and 44, Block 12, Spr�ng Brook Park Addition.
Al1 lying in Section 3, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, State of Minnesota
SECTION 2. It is hereby determined by the Council that the City
no longer has any reason to continue to own said property
and the Council is hereby authorized to sell or enter
into a contract to sell said property.
SECTION 3. The Mayor and Ctty Clerk are hereby authortzed to
s�gn the necessary contracts and deeds to effect the
sale of the above described real estate
