AN OR�INANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 601 OF THE CITY CO�E
OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY RELATING TO THE MUNICIPAL
OPERATION OF LIQUOR
The Ctty Council of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows
That Chapter 601 of the City Code be amended as follows:
601.02 ESTABLISHMENT

ESTABLISHMENT
There is hereby established a Muntcipal L�quor Dispensary for the sale of
"off" sale intoxicating liquor.
601.034 DISPENSARY FUND
DISPENSARY FUND
A Mum cipal Liquor Fund is hereby created in which fund shall be patd and
depostted all receipts and revenues from the operation of the Municipal
Liquor Dispensary and from wh�ch fund shall first be paid expenses of
operation and maintenance of the said Municipal Liquor Dispensary. The
City Council may provide for the transfer of retained earnings to the
General Fund of the City or to such other appropriate fund as the Council
by resolution may determine.

The hours of operation shall be as provided by State Statute.

The Municipal Liquor Dispensary shall be inspected by the Health Officer
of the Ctty as he deems necessary to insure that the premises are main-
tained in a sanitary condit�on.
