ORDINANCE N0. 685
AN ORDINANCE TO APIEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY
OF FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CNANGE IN
ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows.
SECTION 1
SECTION 2
Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley �s amended as hereinafter
indicated.
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the City of
Fr�dley and described as:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, East Ranch Estates Th�rd Addit�on, lying
in the North Half of Section 11, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the 7_oned District known as P1-1
(light �ndustrial areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Adm�nistrator is directed to change the official
zontng map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
�istrict h1-2 (heavy industrial areas) to M-1 (light industrial
areas).
