AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12 07 DF THE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C QF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do orda�n as fol1ows.
SECTION l. For the vacation of an easement descr�bed as follows
7he 10 foot utility easement between Lots 24 and 25,
� Block 2, P+leadowmoor Terrace,
Al1 lying in the North Half of Sect�on 12, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12 07 of
the City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code shall
be so amended.
