AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF TNE CITY
CHARTER TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO
AMEND APPENDIX C Of THE CTTY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION l.
For the vacation of an easement described as follows:
The 10 foot utility easement between Lots 24 and 25,
Block 2, P�eadowmoor Terrace,
All lying in the North Half of Section 12, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
