ORDINANCE N0. 689
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AN� ALLEYS AND TO AP4END APPENDIX C OF THE
CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of streets and alleys as decr�bed
as follows:
County Road "R", Lakeshore Avenue, Railroad Avenue,
Oxford Road, and all the alleys in Blocks 1, 2 and
3, in that portion of Mill Company's Addition to
Fridley Park, lying in H�llcrest Addition,
All located in the South Half of Section 10, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
be and �s hereby vacated
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with
P4innesota Statutes and pursuant to Section 12 07 of
the City Charter and Appendix C of the City Code
shall be so amended.

DECEMBER, 1978.
