AN ORDIP�ANCE W'VDER SECTION 12.07 DF THE CITY
CHARTER TO �ACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AWD TO
AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do orda�n as follows
� SECTION 1. For the vacation of an alley described as follows:
-- The alley lying in Block 3, Plymouth Addition,
All lying in the South Half of Section 27, T-30,
R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated except that the Ctty of
Fridley retains essements for drainage and utility
purposes over the alley herein described and
vacated.
SECTION 2. The said Vacation has been made tn conformance
with Minnesota Statutes and pursuant to Section
12 07 of the C�ty Charter and Appendix C of the
City Code shall be so amended.
