MINNESOTA BY �]AILING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of tlle City oE Fridley do ordain as follows
SF.CT70N 1. Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley ts amende3 as hereinafter
indicatzd.
SECTION 2. The tract or area wi[Uin the County of Anolta and the City of
Fridley and dzscriUed as
Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block l, Moore Lake A�ghlands Third Addition,
lying in the South HaLf of Section 13, T-30, R-24, City of
Pridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Is hereby designated to be in the Zoned District lcnowa as C-2
(general business areas).
SL�CTION 3. That the 7oning AdminisLrator is directed to change the official
zoning map to show said tract or area to 3e rezoned Lrom Zoned
Dxstrict C-1 (local business areas) on Lots 9 and 10, and rezoned
from Zoned DistrLCt CR-1 (general office and limited Uusiness) on
Lot 11, all to be rezoned to C-2 (general business areas).
