MINNRSOTA BY MARING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows

Appendix D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as hereinaEter
tndicated.
The tract or area with dze County of Anolca and the City of
Fridley and descriUed as
Lots 2 and 3, Block i, Her�aall Rice Creek Terrace, lying in the
South Ha1f of Section 13, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of
Anoka, Minnesota, �
Is hereby dzsignated to be uz the Zoned District known as CR-1
(general office and limited business),
SFC'STON 3. ThaL the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the official
zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
Dtstrict M-1 (light industrial areas) to CR-1 (general oifice and
limLted Uusiness).
