AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 111 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE
' CITY OF FRIDLEY ENTITLED LICENSING FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS
AND FOOD VENDING MACHINES
THE rITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 111.04 of the City Code �s hereby amended to read as
follows:
111.04 EXEMPTIONS
Governmental subdivis�on, char�table �nstitutions, houses of
worsh�p serving their own congregation, school lunch rooms and
cafeter�as, or street venders operated by persons licensed by
this C�ty, and pat�ent food services in hospitals shall not be
required to pay the license fee, but shall obtain a license and
sha]1 be sub,7ect to all other requirements of this chapter.
