AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11, SECTION 11.10, OF FRIDLEV
CITY CODE RELATING TO FEES (MULTIPLE DWELLINGS)
The Council of the City of Fridley does orda�n as follows
CHAPTER 11, SECTION 11.10 FEES
Chapter 11 of the City Code shall be amended by add�ng the follow�ng:
Code # Sub,7ect Fee
220 Mult�ple Dwellings a) $20 m�n�mum for 1 or 2 rental um ts
b) $30 minimum per 6uilding with 3 to 7 um ts
c) $40 per bu�lding w�th 8 to 12 units per
building
d) $40 per building w�th over 12 um ts plus
$1.50 per um t for every unit over 12

The fee schedule appl�es to �ndiv�dual
apartment build�ngs regardless of the number of
bu�ldings in the apartment complex.
