AN ORDINANCE TO ANiE�G THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows
SECTI�N 1
SECTION 2
kppend�x D of the City Code of Fridley �s amended as hereinafter
indicated.
The ti°act or area w�th�n the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and described as�
Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block l, Central View f�anor, ly�ng �n the IVorth
Half of Section 12, T-30, R-24, C�ty of Fr�dley, County of Anoka,
Minnesota,
Is hereby des�gnated to be in the Zoned ��str�ct known as M-1
(light industr�al areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Adm�nistrator is directed to change the off�c�al
zon�ng map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
D�str�ct C-2S (general shoppinn areas) to M-1 (l�ght industr�al
areas).
