AN ORDINANCE UfVDER SEC�ION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
UACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO NMEND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The Council of the C�ty of Fridley do ordain as follows
SECTION 1
SECTION 2
For the vacation of a drainage and ut�l�ty easement descrioed as
follows:
Drainage and utility eas°inent over the souLh 10 feet of Lots 1
and 2; the south 1D feet and thz east 5 feet of Lot 3, the west
5 feet of Lot 4, the west 5 faet of that part of Lo� 5, 61ock l,
which lies north of the easterly extension of the south line of
Lot 3, sa�d Qlock l, and the west 10 fzet of that part of Lot 5,
Block l, which lies south of the �asterly extens�on of the south
linz of Lot 3, the west 10 feet of Lot 6, the west 10 feet of
Lot 7, all that part of the dra�nage and utility easement on Lot
24, Block 1, which l�es west of a line drzwn parallel w�th and
distant 356 feet east of the most westerly line of sa�d Lot 24,
Block l, all in Alice Wall Add�tion.
Al1 lying m the South Half of Section 14, T-30, R-24, CiLy of
Fr�dley, Co wity of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and �s hereby vacated.
The sa�d vacat�on has been made �n conformanc� w�th �l�nnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the C�ty Charler and
Appendix C of the City Code shall oe so amended.
