ORDINANCE N0. 707
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALIEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE ,
The Council of the City of Fri�,ley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of a drainage and utility easement described as �
follows:
• Drainage and utility easement over the south 10 feet of Lots l
and 2; the south 10 feet and the east 5 feet of Lot__�., the west
5 feet of Lo_t 4; the west 5 feet of that part of Lot__5 __Block 1,
which lies nortn of the easterly extension of the south line o�
Lot_.3_, said_Block l; and the west 10 teet of inat part or Lot 5,
�lock 1, which lies south of the easterly extension of the south
line of Lot 3; the west 10 feet of Lot 6; the west 10 feet of
_ _ __. ______--
Lot_7; all that part of the drainage and utility easement on Lot
24, Block 1, which lies west of a line drawn parallel with and
distant 356 feet east of the most westerly line of said Lot 24,
Block l, all in Alice Wall Addition.
All lying in the South Half of Section 14, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with'Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended. �
