AN ORDINANCE RELNTING TO TNE SNLE OF REAL ESTATE OWIVED
6Y THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
The Counc�l of the City of Fridley does ordain as follows
SECTION l. The City of Fr�dley �s the fee owner of the tract of land within
the C�ty of Fridley, Anoka County, State of M�nnesota, described
as follo�s
Lo�s 12 and 13, Qlock 20, Fridley Park.
All ly�ng �n Sect�on 15, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of
Anoka, State of M�nnesota.
SECTION 2. It �s hereby determ�ned by the Council that the City no longer
has any reason to continue to own said property and the Council
�s hereby authorized to sell or enter �nto a contract to sell
sa�d property.
SECIION 3. The f•layor and C�ty Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the
necessary contracts and deeds to effect the sale of the aSove
describe� real estat2.
