ORDINANCE N0. 711
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY COOE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Council of the City of Frtdley do ordain as follows:
SECTION l.
SECTION 2.
Appendtx D of the City Code of Fridley is amended as here�nafter
indicated.
The tract or area with the County of Anoka and the City of
Fr�dley and described as.
Lots 2 and 3, 4, and 5, Block 3, and Lots l, 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8,
Block 4, University Industrial Park, lyinq in the South Flalf of
Section 2, T-3D, R-24, City of Fr�dley, County of Anoka,
Minnesota,
Is hereby designated to he in the Zoned District known as M-1
(light �ndustrial areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zon�ng Admintstrator is directed to change the official
zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
District C-2 (general office and l�m�ted business) to M-1 (light
industrial areas).
