OR�INANCE N0. 712
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO
VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPEfJDIX C OF THE
CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION l. For the vacation of a drainage and utility easement descri6ed as
follows:
The South 160 feet of that part of a 10 foot drainage and util�ty
easement 10 feet on either s�de of the common lot 1 m e of Lots 5
and 12, Block 2, Paco Industr�al Park.
All lying �n the South Half of Section 11, T-30, R-24 City of
Fritlley, County of Anoka, M�nnesota.
Be and is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made �n conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Sectton i2.07 of the C�ty Charter and
Appendix C of trie C�ty Code shall be so amended.
