ORDINANCE N0. 716
AN ORDINNNCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
NITNNESOTA BY MAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING DISTRICTS
The Council of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows•
SECTION 1
SECTION 2
Appendix D of the C�ty Code of Fridley is amended as here�nafter
indicated.
The tract or area w�thin the County of Anoka and the City of
Fridley and descr�bed as:
Lot 21 and Lot 22, Block 6, Fridley Park, lying in the North
Half of Section 15, T-,30, R-24, City of Fridley, County of Anoka,
Is here6y designated to be in the Zoned District known as C-2
(general business areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zoning Administrator is directed to change the official
zoning map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from C-1
(lacal business areas) and R-3 (gerreral multiple family
dwellings) to C-2 (general business areas).
