AN OR�INANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AN� TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
ihe Counc�l of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION l. For the vacation of an alley easement descr�hed as follows•
All that part of an existing 12 foot alley easement �n Qlock 6,
Fridley Park,
Al1 ly�ng in the North Half of Section 15, T-30, R-24, C�ty of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley retains
easements for drainage and util�ty purposes.
SECTION 2. The said vacatton has 6een made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.0% of the City Charter and
appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
