OROINANCE No. 719
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF TNE CITY CODE
The ('ouncil of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows
SECTION 1. For the vacation of an alley easement descr�bed as follo�as:
Al1 that part of an existing 12 fcot alley easement in Block 2,
Horizon He�ghts,
All lying �n the North Half of Section 25, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, M�nnesota,
Be and �s hereby vacated except that the C�ty of Fridley retains
easements for drainage and utility purposes.
SECTION 2. The said vacat�on has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the C�ty Charter and
appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
