ORDiNANCE No. 720
AIV ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AN� ALLFYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fridley do orda�n as follows:
SECTION l. For the vacation of an alley easement described as follows:
Al1 that part of an existing 12 foot alley easement in Block 8,
Hamilton's Add�t�on to Mechanicsville,
All lying in the South Half of Section 23, T-30, R-24, City of
Fr�dley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley retains
easements for drainage and utility purposes.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY CDUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS IOTH DAY
OF NOVEMBER, 1980.
