ORDINANCE No 721
AN OR�INANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPEN�IX C OF TFIE CITY CODE
The Council of the Ctty of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. For the vacation of an alley easement described as follows:
Al1 that part of an exist mg 12 foot a11ey easement in Block �,
Plymouth Addttion,
All lying in the South Half of Section 26, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Be and is hereby vacated except that the C�ty of Fridley retains
easements for dratnage and util�ty purposes.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance w�th M�nneso+a
Statutes and pursuant to Section 17.07 of the C�ty Charter and
appendix C of the City Code shall be so amended.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS IOTH DAY
