ORDINANCE No. 722
AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER TO VACATE
STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TQ AMEN� APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE
The Counc�l of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows•
SEf.TION 1. For the vacation of a drainaqe and uttlity easement descr�bed as
follows:
All that part of an existing dratnage and ut�lity easement
located in vacated 57 1/2 Avenue N. E. that lies North of Lots 4,
5 and E, City View, that was vacated in Ord�nance 371,
Al1 lying in the North Half of Section 23, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota,
Be and is hereby vacated except that the City of Fridley retarns
easements for drainage and utility purposes over the North 10
feet.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made tn conformanr.e with M�nnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12 07 of the City Charter and
appendix C of the City Code shall 6e so amended.
