ORDINANCE N0. 723
AN ORDINFlNCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER
TO UACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND 70 AMEND APPENDIX C
OF THE CITY CODE
The Council of the City of Fr�dley do ordain as follows•
SECTIOPI 1. For the vacatien of an alley easement descri6ed as follows:
Al1 that part of a 12 foot alley easement in Block 7, Hyde Park,
located in the North Half of Section 23, T-30, R-24, City of
Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
Be and �s hereby vacated except that the City of Frtdley retains
easements for drainage and utility purposes.
SECTION 2. The said vacation has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.0) of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the C�ty Code shall be so amendetl.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 1ST DAY OF
DECEMBER, 1980.
