The City Council of the City of Fridley does herebg ordain as follaas:
SECPION 1. For vacation of an alley easemer.t described as Lollavs:
The 6 foot alley easement along tlie Easterly line of Lots 1, 2, 3
and 4, Block 1, Oak Grove Adaition, and the 6 ioot alley easement
along the West side of Lot 12, &lock 1, Ntoore Lake P�rk 2nd
Addition, locatea 1n the North Half of Section 13, T-3D, R-24,
Citg of Friclley, County of Arioka, Ninnesota
Be and is hereby vacateci except that the City oi Fridley retain 10
feet of th Westerly Section of the alley riGht-of-way far cirainaye
and utility easement.
SECPION 2. The said vacation has been made in confarrnance with [�iinnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of te City Churter anc�
Appendix C of the City Code shall be so amenc]ed.
