AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER
TO VACATE STREETS AN� ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDTX C
OF THE CITV CODE.
The Counc�l of the C�ty of Fridley do ordain as follows
SECTIOh� 1
SECTION 2
For the vacation of an alley easement described as follows•
All that part of a 12 foot alley easement �n Block 9, Berlin
Addition, located �n the South Half of Section 34, T-30, R-2�4,
City of Fr�dley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
The said vacatton has been made �n conformance with Minnsota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the C�ty Charter and
Appendix C of the C�ty Ccde shall be so amended.
