AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER
TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AN� TO AMEN� APPENDIX C
OF THE CITY CODE
The Ccuncil of the City of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTIOh' 1
SECTION 2.
For the vacation of an alley easement and thru streets, Berlin
Addition, described �s follows:
l. 40 1/2 Avenue P1. E. between the Southerly extension
of the East ltne of Lot 6, Block 2, and the
Easterly r�ght of way l�ne of the former Northern
Pacific Railway Company (Burlington Northern, Inc.).
2. All of the alley in Block 4.
3. All of the unnamed street hetween Lots 1 to 10
inclus�ve, Block 3; and Lots 1 to 5, inclusive,
Block 4.
4. All of the unnamed street between Lots 6 to 10
inclusive, Block 4; and Lots 1 to 8 tnclusive,
Qlock 5, all according to the recorded plat thereof.
All ly�ng in the South Half of the Section 3a, T-30,
R-24, C�ty of Fridley, County of Anoka, Minnesota.
The said vacaYion has been made in conformance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Section 12.07 of the City Charter and
Append�x C of the City Code shall be so amended.
