AN ORDINANCE UNDER SECTION 12.07 OF THE CITY CHARTER
TO VACATE STREETS AND ALLEYS AND TO AMEND APPENDIX C
OF THE CITY CODE

For the vacation of a str•eet right of way descri6ed as follows
All that part of Minnesota Street as laid cut in Lowell Addition
to Fridley Park, or Mercury Drive, as laid out in Sylan Hills
Plat 3, row known as Satellite Lane, lying West of the Northerly
extension of the West line of Starlite Blvd., also being the
East line of Lot 1, Block 4, Sylvan Hills Plat 3, all lying in
the South Half af Section 15, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, Minnesota
Be and is here6y vacated.
The said vacation has been matle in conf�rmance with Minnesota
Statutes and pursuant to Sect�on 12.07 of the City Charter and
Appendix C of the City Code shail be so amended.
