AN OR�INANCE TO AMEND THE CITY CODE OF TNE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
�INNESOTA BY NIAKING A CHANGE IN ZONING OISTRICTS
The Council of the C�ty of Fridley do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1
SECTIQN 2
Appendix D of the C�ty Code of Fridley is amended as hereinafter
�nd�cated.
The tract or area within the County of Anoka and the C�ty of
Fr�dley and described as:
Lots 1, 9, 10, Block 3, University Industrial Park located in
the South Half of Sect�on 2, T-30, R-24, City of Fr�dley, County
of Anoka, M�nnesota.
Ts hereby des�gnatetl to be in Zoned Distr�ct known as M-1 (iight
industria] areas).
SECTION 3 That the Zoning Administrator is d�rected to change the offic�al
zoning map to show said tract or area to 6e rezoned from Zoned
Distr�ct C-7_ (general business areas) to M-1 (light indusLr�a]
areas).
