ORDINANCE N0. 736
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 205 OF THE FRIDLEY CITY
CODE CONCERNING DOUBLE BUNGALOWS IN THE R-1 ZONE BY
DELETING SECTIONS 205.051-3� and 205.054-2C
The Council of the C�ty of Fr�dley do ordain as follows:
Delete paragraph 205.051-3D
"�ouble bunyalows but add�tionally a concurring vote of 4/5ths of the Counc�l
shall be required for Council to �ssue such special use perrrnt."
Delete paragraph 2G5.054-2C
"In double bungalows, the minimum total first floor area shall be 1400 square
feet and the m�nimum living area of any um t shall be 650 square feet
exclus�ve of accessory bu�ldings or an attachea garage."
