AN DRDINANCE TO Af�ND THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA BY MAKING A CHRNGE IN ZONING DISTRILTS
The Council of the C�ty of Fridley do orda�n as follows:
SECTIDN 1
SECTION 2
Appendix D of the City Code of Fr�dley �s amended as hereinafter
indicatied.
The tract or area with�n the County of Anol<a and the City of
Fridley and descri6ed as:
Lots 4, 5 and 6�nclusive, Block l, Paco Inoustrial Park, lying
in the 5outh Half of Sect�on 11, T-30, R-24, City of Fridley,
County of Anoka, M�nnesota,
Is here6y des�gnated to be tn the Zoned Distr�ct known as M-1
(light industrial areas).
SECTION 3. That the Zontng Admim strator is directea to change the off�c�al
zo m ng map to show said tract or area to be rezoned from Zoned
District C-2 (general bus�ness areas) to M-1 (l�ght rndustr�al
areas) .
